Social media is an interesting “tool.” It’s advertised as being a service or product meant to connect you or create communities, and, truth be told, in some ways it has done that for me. There are people – important people and valuable friends – that I have met who I would probably have never crossed or connected with if it wasn’t for social media. My closest friends in Paris, for example, both found me via social media. I am of the deep-rooted belief that we will find soul family, whether or not they’re on social media – but I am grateful for the speed and ease with which social media brought some folks to me.
In addition, living overseas, I understand how a tool like Instagram or Facebook allows people to stay connected to your journey and what’s going on in your life. This does start an entirely new discussion on oversharing and on the existence of folks who just watch you out of envy or jealousy, projecting their negative vibrational state on you in the process, but that’s not the point of this article. I want to talk about the true point and purpose of these tools. I will be particularly referencing Instagram, but my comments are applicable to Facebook, TikTok, X, and any others.
There is a saying that if you are getting a product or service for free, then you are the product, and this is infinitely true of social media apps. It is a business, and they’re formulated off of a business model and software algorithm that is intended to keep your finger flinging itself up and up and up endlessly. The goal of these applications is to keep you in them and they genuinely do not care what means gets them to that end, because you are their product. Your time is their money, and it’s evident that their plan with this is working because of how addictive these applications truly are.
I believe social media is a tool created by nefarious players.
First, what are nefarious players? Nefarious players can be described as individuals or energies that intentionally disrupt harmony, manipulate others, or steer people away from their Highest Good. They operate from a lower vibrational state, driven by fear, greed, or ego, often creating confusion, doubt, or division to maintain control or power. These entities or people can block spiritual growth and Alignment.
You may be wondering how a tool that has spiritual content could be used by nefarious players, but that’s merely another way to manipulate the masses into thinking if it has some good, it can’t be all bad. The truth of the matter is that it is all bad. Evidence of this is simple to see within minutes of opening and being sucked into the abysmal portal of the application.
First, how much time has been thrown away browsing that app instead of focusing on your soul growth? How many mindless and stupid videos outweigh the spiritual content you’re consuming? How often have you spend 30 minutes with your finger rolling down your main feed when that could have been spent reading spiritually educating content, meditating, or spending time grounded in nature?
Second, and most importantly, how many times have you found yourself face-to-face with content you didn’t ask for? Content that triggers you emotionally, mentally, and spiritually? Content that stirs horrid emotions, negative thoughts, or terrible opinion that you probably wouldn’t have otherwise thought about, carried, or known before this content was shown to you? This is done with intention.
Scattered between posts about astrology or angels, you’ll get darkness – because nefarious players know what they’re doing. They want to breed hate, fear, and division in this “communal” space, because this is not a tool meant to unite, it’s a tool meant to distract people from the Ascension process and pull them down an infinite loop of disturbance, discomfort, and anger. Like I wrote earlier, nefarious players want to distract people from their Highest Good – and what’s more distracting than these applications?
These applications keep people trapped in an Ego space (the desire for validation) and consuming content they didn’t consent to receiving (meant to breed fear) and this plays right into the giant plan of the nefarious players that built them. Just look at the eyes of Mark Zuckerberg – tell me that isn’t the face of a reptilian. Tell me those aren’t the eyes of a person placed on earth to distract them from their ultimate path to Ascension. There is nothing angelic or of-Light with this person (or most people involved in the development and distribution of these “tools”), and these applications being used for political interference is just further proof of how these are tools meant to spread fear and create division – making them the farthest from spiritual, possible.
Applications like Instagram keep us bound into the world games that these nefarious folks have set up and want us playing. So, what’s the best way to defeat them? Refuse to play. Do not exchange your life and turn from your spiritual path just for the entertainment and convenience of social media. Do not react – or share – the content that is meant to trigger fear and create division. And when you find yourself consumed rather than consuming, give yourself the break your spirit needs to recuperate from these spaces.
It is hard to Ascend and stay enlightened in a space that was designed to keep you trapped in negativity and darkness. It is hard to stay focused on your spiritual path when you’re knee-deep in a space meant to distract you from it. Don’t think for a second that these weren’t created with the specific intention to prevent the Ascension of earth to the 5D – the timing of its development is all too curious, and the guise of being made for “connection” is all too clever. Just like the nefarious so famously play.
By keeping us addicted to superficial content and stirring negative emotions, these platforms pull us away from spiritual growth and the path to Ascension. Recognizing the influence of nefarious players is the first step to breaking free. Reclaim your energy by limiting your engagement, focusing on your soul’s journey, and choosing activities that nurture your Higher Self. True connection happens when you align with your inner light, not through algorithms designed to keep you trapped.
