Why High Vibrational Individuals Often Irritate Toxic People: Understanding the Impact of Authenticity

Have you ever found yourself disliked by someone who didn’t even try to get to know you? Or perhaps someone was drawn into you rather quickly, but they soon began to turn sour towards you and scoffed at everything you said and did. Maybe someone took a quick glance at you and the way you’re living, and immediately, they were turned off by you.

For High-Vibrational individuals, this reaction is nothing new. Authenticity irritates toxic people. More importantly, you reveal to toxic individuals everything they dislike about themselves. This reaction all comes down to Ego and Fear.

Every human being has a frequency, and whether you’re spiritually learned or not, you give off a ripple of this frequency in the world. High Vibrational people – spiritually advanced or focused individuals – usually have a frequency that extends quite far, and one that vibrates in a way that disrupts the frequency of low or toxic individuals. This causes them to be uncomfortable or to be downright irritated with you, either things you say, things you do, or just your general existence. Your vibration is a threat to the comfort they have found in their low-frequency energy.

High Vibrational individuals live very authentic and transparent lives. They do not cater to the status quo and they do not participate in low-energy activities like gossip, addictive passions, and the like. The presence of someone living this very authentic life can, as Dolores Cannon has said, “act like a mirror” to toxic individuals. Within this mirror, they are forced to face the healing they need to do — and they hate this. As a result, they hate you. There is no reason for this hate other than the fact that you have revealed something to them that they are able to handle, and they hate you for it.

Essentially, they wish to be like you and live where you are living but, not knowing what to get there (or not willing to want to put in the work to get there), they find it much easier to project their discomfort and dislike of their own lives onto you; you must be the cause of it all! Nothing else explains why your mere existence makes them so irritated! But, of course, spiritually advanced individuals know it all comes down to energy and they are just not at the level to merge into your field, just yet.

More often than not, these people who seem to be simply irritated by you with no grounds or basis or reason are initially drawn to you like a magnet. They want to become close to you, to uncover your secrets to happiness and to peace and harmony. They bond with you quickly and wish to share their lives with you. Then, once they’ve realized they cannot control you, cannot find misery in your heart, and cannot pull you down onto their life path, they can’t stand you. They avoid you, criticize you, gossip about you, talk back to you, or worse. They hate that they aren’t where you are at. They hate that your authenticity exposes how inauthentic they really are.

On the other side of the coin, some people will just not take the time to get to know you. They hear about you, see you, watch you online, but build a wall of hate, irritation, and anger. Everything about you reminds them of what, within themselves, they have unhealed. So, they hate you.

It’s important to remember that it’s not your job to save people. It’s also not your job to try and control the reality that others have created in their own heads, which will often include the picture they’ve made up of you. Maybe they’re even sharing this imaginary “you” with others — who cares. Their anger is not yours to heal. Their distorted reality is not yours to shift. Continue to live your authentic life, working towards a path of truth, and the rest is just noise.

Your energy, your vibration, will always be too much for some people. Never dim your light to make other people comfortable. They should strive to meet you where you are, not the other way around. You are a beacon and your intention – even if they are unaware of it and resent you for thinking the opposite – is to bring everyone to that point of Abundance, harmony, and joy.

If they knew that, they wouldn’t hate you. But it’s not your job to take the blinders off their eyes. It’s your job to live a life of Truth and Love. That’s it, that’s all. Their hate is theirs to bear and transition through. Stay strong.

When you find individuals whose frequency blends so beautifully with yours, hold them tight. When you find people at different stages of their lives (perhaps lower frequency than you) who see you as a beacon of hope and not a threat, hold onto them tight. Authentic relationships are rare, and the best ones are founded upon this energy of Love. Nothing indeed compares to them (and nothing is more emotionally and spiritually heavy to deal with than the loss of them — trust me). Authentic people see authentic people as a mirror of Truth and Love; that’s it, that’s all. And it’s a beautiful thing. Find those authentic people and hold onto them with Love.
